5.1 Controlling Ad Tracking

You can limit ad tracking through:

• Declining the App Tracking Transparency prompt when you first open the app
• iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disabling tracking for BetBench

Note that limiting ad tracking may result in less relevant advertisements but will not reduce the number of ads shown. Pro subscribers ($9.99/month) do not see any advertisements.

6. Subscription Services

BetBench offers an optional paid subscription (BetBench Pro - $9.99/month) with the following features:

• Ad-free experience
• Access to all betting markets (spreads, totals, etc.)
• Player prop markets
• Multi bet calculator

All subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information. Please review Apple's privacy policy for information about how they handle payment and subscription data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free tier only)
• Apple StoreKit: For processing and managing subscriptions
• Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT): For managing tracking permissions

These services have their own privacy policies and we do not control their data collection practices. We do not use any additional analytics services beyond AdMob.

8. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

Our backend server only provides sports betting odds data and does not collect or process any personal information.

You may request deletion of any data we hold by contacting us. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

BetBench is rated 18+ in the App Store and is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us immediately.

12. Australian Users

BetBench is exclusively available in Australia through the Australian App Store. The app displays odds from Australian bookmakers and is subject to Australian privacy laws and regulations.
